Our Commitment to the Community
At Platt Partners, we’re proud to have been long-time owners and managers of Platt Village, working for over 40 years to ensure it remains a valuable part of our community.
Recently, we collaborated closely with neighbors and local leaders to update zoning, allowing us to move forward with an exciting vision to transform Platt Village into a true community destination.
We’ve already begun this transformation with Phase I: the remodel of Vons Pavilions. Now, we’re ready to create a shopping center with a sense of place—a space where neighbors can gather, enjoy restaurants and cafes, relax in inviting outdoor areas, and take advantage of modern conveniences. This major remodel will include beautiful, updated architecture, improved amenities, and thoughtful touches that reflect the needs of our West Hills community.
